We need the right people to join us and provide the best possible care to our residents, offering support, maintaining dignity and assisting them to enjoy every day living in our Homes.We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Clinical Manager to lead clinical care at Melwood Grange. If you're passionate about improving lives and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.Your Role:As Clinical Manager, you’ll oversee the clinical service delivery within the home, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care. Key responsibilities include:Coordinating care plans and managing long-term and complex health conditions to reduce hospital admissionsEnsuring compliance with clinical governance frameworks, including participation in auditsUsing monitoring and reporting systems to demonstrate high-quality service deliveryStaying up to date with clinical guidelines and best practices to maintain excellence in careMaintaining accurate records and ensuring effective communication across the care teamManage the homes Registered Nurses and work with the Deputy Manager and General Manager in the management of other Care team members.Conduct clinical supervisions, appraisals, and supporting CPD for nursing staff in line with NMC standardsWhat you’ll bring:We’re looking for someone with strong clinical expertise and leadership skills.
