We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in East Kilbride, currently seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join their team. Position: Press Brake Operator Location: East KilbrideType: Full-time, Permanent Hourly rate: £16.00 (depending on experience) Hours: Mon – Wed: 6:30am – 5:00pm Thurs: 6:30am – 3:00pm Fri & Sat: Overtime available ✅ Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate press brake machinery Manufacture components to customer specifications and tolerances Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately Carry out quality checks throughout production Ensure correct tooling is selected and maintained Assist in the development of new projects Keep machine and surrounding area clean and safe Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies Work flexibly to meet production demands ️ Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience setting up and leading press brake operations Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tight tolerances High attention to detail and commitment to quality Good problem-solving skills and team mentality Flexibility to support overtime and project deadlines Good level of IT literacy Contribute to company values and team work What’s in it for you?
