Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Location: England, Greater London, CroydonJob Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hoursPrimary Industry: Education and TrainingSalary: £95 - £100 Per dayJob Duties: Supporting the class teacher in delivering educational activitiesAssisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)Providing support for students with special educational needsAssisting with classroom management and behaviour supportSupporting the planning and preparation of teaching materialsProviding one-to-one support for students as required Required Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalentEnhanced DBS checkFirst Aid certification (desirable) Education: Minimum of GCSEs in English and MathsExperience: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school settingKnowledge and Skills: Understanding of the national curriculumExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamGood organisational skills Preferred Qualifications: Teaching Assistant Level 3 DiplomaAdditional training in special educational needs (SEN) Working Conditions: Work in a classroom setting under the direction of the class teacherFull-Time hours with occasional overtime requiredMay involve working with students with challenging behaviour All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
