SEN Tutor (QTS) – Northamptonshire| £25–£30/hr | 1:1 Alternative Provision SupportTP Tutors is looking for Fully Qualified Teachers with experience supporting SEND and SEMH pupils to deliver tailored 1:1 tuition in Northampton and surrounding areas. This role focuses on helping learners who are not currently in mainstream education — including those with EHCPs, anxiety-related school refusal, or awaiting placement.You’ll be delivering engaging, structured sessions that meet both academic and emotional needs, often in settings like the home, libraries, care homes, or specialist centres. What You’ll Be Delivering: 1:1 tuition in core subjects (English/Maths/Science)Support for learners with autism, ADHD, ODD, trauma, or behavioural challengesSession plans linked to EHCP outcomes and/or school reintegration pathwaysCalm, consistent tuition that focuses on routine, reassurance, and trust-buildingFlexible hours (typically school day or early evenings) ‍ Ideal Candidate Profile: QTS (or equivalent) with SEND experienceConfident planning for neurodiverse learnersSkilled in de-escalation and nurturing approachesEnhanced DBS (on update service or willing to apply)Safeguarding trainingDriving licence helpful We Offer:✅ £25–£30/hr, weekly PAYE payments✅ Flexible working to suit your week✅ Access to training and CPD✅ Dedicated consultant to support you✅ Referral rewards Northamptonshire- based or willing to travel in the region?Let’s have a conversation.
