You will play a key role in driving market share, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the ongoing success of a highly respected brand.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering and qualifying new applicantsArranging and conducting property viewingsNegotiating offers between buyers and vendorsProgressing sales through to completionBuilding strong relationships with clients and colleaguesDelivering first-class customer serviceSupporting the team in achieving sales targets and branch growthPrioritising workload effectively and working to deadlines What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential property sales (essential)Knowledge of the London property market (preferred)Excellent sales and negotiation abilityStrong communication and customer service skillsProfessional, articulate, and well-presentedPositive, determined, and target-driven attitudeFantastic telephone mannerA professional approach with the ability to thrive under pressure What's In It For You?
