We’re seeking a talented property Sales Negotiator to join our client’s Twickenham office – a growing local branch with a strong portfolio of residential properties and plenty of opportunities to win new business.This is your chance to work in a supportive, ambitious team environment, develop your skills, and make a real impact on branch performance.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a portfolio of residential properties in the Twickenham areaResponding to buyer enquiries and arranging/conducting property viewingsNegotiating offers to achieve the best outcomes for clientsBuilding strong, lasting relationships with buyers and sellersPromoting additional services, including financial and legal referralsGenerating new business through networking, referrals, and local canvassing What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property salesResults-driven with a strong commercial mindsetExcellent communication and persuasive negotiation skillsHighly organised and able to manage multiple prioritiesResilient and able to perform under pressureFull UK driving licence and own transport (essential) What's In It For You?
