Description:We are looking for a creative and motivated Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our team in London, responsible to work on our broad variety range of video creative asset. You will work with the creative team to produce high-quality animated and video content for client campaigns, social media, and demo purposes. Key Responsibilities:Edit video and audio daily using Adobe After Effects.Translate storyboards and design concepts into animations and motion graphics.Provide creative input for campaigns and video content.Edit existing assets to amend transitions or create new scenes.Use our interactive video software to create dynamic campaigns.Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Create short videos for social and demo purposes.Polish existing videos to a high-quality standard.Stay updated on CGI trends and techniques.Train in 3D animation software for high-end client and internal projects.Requirements:Degree or recognised qualification in motion graphics/design/multimediaAdobe After Effects skillsGood experience of motion graphics and compositingKnowledge of different video styles, video file formats and design trendsPrecise attention to detailFluency in English, both spoken and writtenUK work permitPreferred Qualities:Ambitious and self-motivatedAbility to meet deadlines and execute tasks in a fast-paced environmentWilling to research/develop new techniques and tools to improve your skillsetEager to learn and develop within our expanding teamA basic understanding of Lighting, Texturing, Modelling and RenderingKnowledge or basic understanding of 3D softwareExperience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe PhotoshopCreative skillsDynamic and flexible attitude to workBenefits:Informal environmentTeam events25 days as annual leave + bank HolidaysGlobal projects for big clientsCompensation according to your experienceYoung and motivated team, from different cultures, countriesHybrid work arrangements
