Job DescriptionYOUR ROLE:Provide strategic financial guidance to the General Manager & hotel team.Manage month-end & year-end processes, producing accurate, timely financial reporting.Assisting in the development of annual budgets in collaboration with other departments.Drive cost-efficiency and profitability while supporting long-term growth plans.Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other key financial partners.Coordinating internal & external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, tax laws, including the preparation and filing of tax returns.Overseeing the accounts payable function and managing accounts receivableSupervising payroll processing and ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and regulationsBe present and proactive – this is a highly visible role requiring engagement with the wider operations team
