JOB DESCRIPTION:
I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company who are looking for a HVAC Engineer for a static role in Manchester. Our client is looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer who will be working on maintenance on a large commercial building.
The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, 8am - 4pm. Flexible. Opportunities for overtime.
Daily responsibilities will include:
Planned and preventative maintenance on plant and equipmentRepair and replace fittingsDiagnosing and rectifying faultsCarrying out work safely and efficientlyBuilding relationships with client and contractors on site
Requirements for the role
Experienced engineerL2/3 Heating & Ventilation Good team member working with the HVAC team and other teamsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a large FM company and be part of a large contract where there will be opportunities for further progression and additional qualifications (if desired).
