I am supporting a globally recognised Consultancy based near Blackfriars, who are searching for an experienced and talented Project Manager to join their team based in London and drive forward the delivery of exciting projects in the Sports and Leisure sector. The Company that the Project Manager will join: The Project Manager will be joining a dynamic and forward-thinking Consultancy that have 10+ offices in the UK and have built a strong reputation by delivering high-class projects to clients. The Project Manager will be working closely alongside a Project Director, but will be given the autonomy to run the projects on a day-to-day basis to further their exposure to running projects independently. The Project Manager role: The Project Manager will bring experience running projects in the Sports and Leisure sector from inception-completion. The Project Manager will be delivering schemes in London that will be a mixture of new build and refurbishments with contract values will be up to £30m. You will be responsible for: Communicating with the whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion Liaising with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors to ensure projects are on track Provide support/mentorship to Assistant and Project Managers Report on a weekly basis to the Project Director Reviewing the costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints Arranging meetings with clients Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standards Project Manager requirements: Previous experience working for a Consultancy Previous experience delivering projects in the Sports and Leisure sector MRICS or MAPM Chartered is preferred BSc/MSc Project Management Ability to manage Schemes simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills What would be offered: £55,000-£65,000 per annum salary package 27 days annual leave + bank holiday Hybrid working Bonus scheme Strong pension contribution Positive work environment Quarterly company events If you are an experienced, client-facing Project Manager who is searching for an exciting opportunity within a successful Construction Consultancy, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent. 02038083802 - 07401083877 Reference - LB1282252
