Treatment Coordinator - Join Our Expanding Team
Location: Romford Employment Type: Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time)Pay: Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonus (Total Compensation aligned with market rates)
We are a forward-thinking practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care. As we build out our team, we are looking for a confident and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to support our patients through their treatment journey and contribute to the growth of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Present treatment plans clearly and professionally to patients
Build trust and rapport while guiding patients through decision-making
Coordinate appointments and liaise with clinicians to ensure smooth delivery of care
Maintain accurate records and follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction
Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, organised approach with attention to detail
Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred but not essential
Flexibility to work varied hours, including occasional Saturdays
A team player with a genuine passion for patient care
