This role is pivotal in managing a team of planners and drivers, and ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Salary: £50,000 Location: HeathrowShift: 4 on 4 OFF 18:00-06:00 Key Duties: Manage a team of planners and drivers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Serve as the first point of contact for customers and main hauliers Maintaining strong communication and relationships. Oversee all aspects of transport operations, ensuring compliance with statutory and company safety standards, Lead, motivate, and develop planning teams Drive operational efficiency by managing staff planning, setting clear objectives, and meeting key performance indicators Propose and implement operational changes to enhance performance and improve efficiency. Ensure ongoing development and training within the team Desirable: Minimum of 5 years within Transport/Freight Proven ability to lead and develop teams A confident and professional communicator, skilled at building relationships at all levels.
