Connect2Socialwork is recruiting on behalf of a respected provider for a Registered Manager to lead a therapeutic residential children's home in North West London. The home specialises in supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) through a trauma-informed, family-style approach. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting. They will be passionate about delivering high-quality care, maintaining compliance with Ofsted standards, and fostering a nurturing environment that prioritises the wellbeing and development of young people. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home Uphold the therapeutic ethos and trauma-informed care model Ensure full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted requirements Support and develop staff through supervision, training, and performance management Collaborate with local authorities, families, and external professionals Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children's home Strong understanding of safeguarding, EBD, and trauma-informed practice Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) preferred This is a unique opportunity for a committed professional to make a lasting impact in a well-supported, creative, and child-focused environment.
