Job DescriptionFor this position we are looking for an experienced and pragmatic Project Manager in Bioinformatics who will be responsible for the implementation and day-to-day operation of the IT solution processing the data generated during production.Please note this is is full time hybrid role, working 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 08:00 till 16:00. Develop scripts to automate data transfer.Execute and monito primary analysis of the data generated from lab (array and NGS). Monitoring automated processes. Ensure and facilitate pro-active communication and consulting interdisciplinary teams at multiple sites.Support customers and project management team through communication, troubleshooting and resolution of any issues and concerns.Writing SOPs. Communicating with IT to ensure any expansion needed is fulfilled.Troubleshooting any IT related issues.Development, modification, verification and validation of methods.Analysis of results.Report, review and authorization of results.Running pipelines. Managing servers and SFTP.
