CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team based on static site in Kensington He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance on site.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Electrical or Mechanical building maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £47,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.Hours of workMonday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00PackageUp £47,000 Per Annum Overtime Available 26 Days Holiday Key duties & ResponsibilitiesLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenanceMaintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsRequirementsElectrically / Mechanical qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsClient Facing
