Primary Tutor Job Description Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour Job Duties: Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to primary school studentsDevelop tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs of studentsAssess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardiansCollaborate with teachers to support classroom learning goalsKeep accurate records of student attendance and performance Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Experience in primary educationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to motivate and engage young learners Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of the national curriculum for primary educationAbility to differentiate instruction based on student needsProficient in using educational technologyExcellent classroom management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in EducationExperience working with students with special educational needs Working Conditions: Part-time hours, with flexibility in scheduling tutoring sessionsWork in a school or educational institution environmentInteract with students, parents, and school staff on a regular basis All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
