The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. ARLA accreditation is preferred.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing landlord and tenant relationshipsConducting viewings and managing tenancy agreementsProviding guidance on lettings legislation and complianceProblem-solving tenancy and management issues calmly and professionallyMaintaining accurate records and prioritising workload efficientlySupporting the company’s high service standards and client satisfactionWorking collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential lettingsStrong understanding of lettings and property management proceduresProfessional approach to customer serviceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsConfident, organised, and able to prioritise workloadCalm under pressure with strong problem-solving skillsLive within easy reach of Ladbroke Grove, W10ARLA qualification or equivalent preferred What's In It For You?
