Job DescriptionA Junior PMO (Project Management Office) Co-ordinator is an entry-level role supporting project managers by performing administrative tasks, maintaining project documentation and logs, coordinating meetings, assisting with project planning and tracking, and escalating risks and issues within a larger programme. This role helps standardise project management processes, provides analytical support, and facilitates communication between project teams, stakeholders, and the PMO. This role is designed to act as a training ground for future project managers. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support - Managing project documents, maintaining registers and logs, and organising project meetings. Project Support - Assisting with planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management tasks. Reporting & Analysis - Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, tracking project progress, and providing data-driven information to stakeholders. PMO Function cover - Timesheet tracking, project creation, budget tracking Coordination - Facilitating communication between project teams, product managers, and the wider programme. Risk Management - Identifying and escalating project blockers, risks, and issues to senior management. Process Alignment - Ensuring projects adhere to established project management standards and governance within the PMO.
