Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Business Videographer to lead the way we approach video content at Wise Business. As our sole videographer, you’ll be responsible for every stage of production – from shaping concepts and storyboarding, through filming and directing, to final edits and delivery across multiple formats. This role requires someone who is both highly creative and technically hands-on, with the confidence to define a clear vision for how video can amplify our brand.What you’ll doOwn the end-to-end video production process, from initial idea through to post-production and delivery.Conceptualise and pitch creative ideas that bring Wise Business stories to life across short and long form content.Capture high-quality footage, working behind the camera with confidence and directing contributors when required.Edit, refine and finalise video content for use across digital platforms, campaigns, events, and internal communications.Champion the role of video within the business by bringing a strong point of view on style, tone, and approach.Manage production schedules and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.Where needed, support with photography and motion design, ensuring consistency across visual content.
