As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Business Growth & Sales Coordinator to join our team and help drive patient engagement, treatment uptake, and overall practice growth. The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and guiding patients through their treatment journey. You will: Present treatment options clearly and confidently, ensuring patients feel informed and supported. Proactively follow up with patients to maximise treatment acceptance and conversion rates. Support the practice in meeting sales targets and business growth objectives. Track and report on patient enquiries, consultations, and conversions. Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience. About You Previous experience in dental, healthcare, or sales (e.g. Business Development Manager, Patient Care Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or similar). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport. Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/conversion targets. Organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. A professional, patient-focused approach with a genuine passion for helping people.
