The senior operations responsibilities spans trade support, treasury management, risk and control oversight, fund accounting, investor servicing, regulatory coordination, and strategic project delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and contribute meaningfully to the firm's operational excellence. Responsibilities: Trade Operations & Treasury Manage trade execution and settlement across credit and derivative instruments. Oversee cash management, and financing (e.g. repos, TRS). Monitor investment restrictions and collateral processes. Risk, Controls & Governance Maintain risk registers and monitor counter party exposure. Support valuation oversight and regulatory compliance. Prepare internal reports and ensure data integrity. Fund Accounting & Reporting Perform reconciliations and NAV oversight. Manage fund expenses and payment processing. Assist with investor reporting and due diligence requests. Technology & Projects Oversee system integration's and access controls. Coordinate with vendors and support firm-wide initiatives. Lead or contribute to cross-functional and regulatory projects.
