My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Adults & Children's Social Care Transformation Programme Manager on a Contract basis. The role will work across both the Adult's and Children's Transformation portfolio to lead on several projects. About the role: Based in Greater London (Hybrid): You will work across both the ASC and CSC transformation portfolios and will operate from the Corporate PMO supporting both directorate DMTs. Lead organisational redesign and transformational projects and programmes and be responsible for realising the identified programme benefits. Lead on and effectively manage multi-disciplinary and multiple project teams to deliver organisational and cultural change across the Council. About you: You will have the following experiences: Extensive experience in Transformation Programme Management. Strong, demonstrable experience in project management of Adult's and Children's Social Care projects. Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills. Prince2 / Agile methodologies are highly desired.
