Construction Disputes Supervising Associate - 3-6 PQE
Our client is a highly ranked global Legal 500 firm and advise many of the world's leading insurers on complex, high value policy coverage disputes involving underlying construction disputes.
Core services include:
Arbitrations
Expert Determinations
Large Scale Adjudications
Litigation
Mediations, Conciliations and other ADR processes.
The ideal candidate:
3-6 years PQE in construction disputes
will be dynamic and motivated by the challenges of working on the most complex of disputes
will have good working knowledge of NEC and FIDIC
will have a thorough and current working knowledge of the TCC and adjudication
will have worked for a leading law firm for insurance and/or construction work. Fire safety experience desirable.
