We are delighted to be working with a leading international law firm who are seeking a talented Employment Law Associate with 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience to join their dynamic London-based team. This is a rare opportunity to work within a progressive, well-resourced practice that advises household-name clients across sectors including technology, finance, life sciences, and energy. You’ll be joining a collaborative and commercially astute multi-Partner team that handles a broad spectrum of employment matters. The work is evenly split between contentious and non-contentious, including: Corporate support on high-value M&A and restructuring deals Advising on executive terminations, TUPE, and workplace investigations Employment litigation in Employment Tribunals and the High Court Strategic advisory work for multinational clients navigating complex regulatory landscapes Our client is looking for candidates who are 3–5 years’ PQE and who have been or are working at a well-regarded City firm. The individual needs to be UK or dual+ qualified and have been working in the City in recent times. They are looking for someone with excellent drafting skills and a commercial awareness.
