Youth Support Worker – Full Time OnlyWe are seeking a dedicated Youth Support Worker to support children and young people in an engaging and supportive school environment.Please note: This role is full-time only. Do not apply if you are looking for part-time work, are on a student/20-hour visa, or require sponsorship. Only candidates who already have the legal right to work full-time in the UK will be considered.Role Overview:Provide pastoral and well-being support to young people, helping them overcome social, emotional, and behavioural challengesMentor pupils to build confidence, resilience, and positive relationshipsWork alongside teachers and pastoral teams to promote inclusion and engagement in learningSupport with behaviour management, de-escalation strategies, and structured activitiesHelp create a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment both inside and outside the classroomRequirements:Must be legally able to work full-time in the UK (no sponsorship provided)Previous youth work, mentoring, or education-based experience is highly desirableStrong communication skills, patience, and the ability to build trust with young peopleFull-time availability (Monday–Friday)If you meet the requirements and are passionate about empowering and supporting young people, we would love to hear from you.
