Interim Project Manager – PSTN & Record Management £600 per dayInside IR353-month initial contractLondonFlexible hybrid workingAs the Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of PSTN and Record Management projects within the Corporate Transformation portfolio. Working from the Programme Management Office, you will collaborate with services to deliver transformation, service delivery, and business change initiatives. You will apply your experience in planning, reporting, risk management, and benefits realization using methodologies such as Prince2 and Agile. About your role as a Project ManagerLead and deliver PSTN and Record Management projects to enable new capabilities.Create and maintain project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely escalation.Establish project governance and report progress through standard reporting and governance processes.Work with Business Analysts to embed and sustain new initiatives.Ensure benefits are identified, tracked, and delivered.Manage project budgets in accordance with Council financial procedures.Close projects formally and capture lessons learned.Lead multiple project teams and appraise individual performance.Deliver projects to scope, budget, and agreed timeframes.Prototype and iterate solutions using design-led or Agile methodology.Build productive relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.Work in a matrix environment across PMO and IT & Digital Services Division.About you as a Project ManagerProven experience in delivering PSTN and Record Management projects.Strong understanding of Prince2 and Agile methodologies.Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience in transformation and service improvement initiatives.Knowledge of user-centric design and change management techniques.How to Apply If you’re an experienced Project Manager ready to lead impactful transformation projects, please send your updated CV to Terry Lee at t.lee@baltimoreconsultingltd.com or call 0117 313 7110.
