SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements: Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.Must have Nappy Changing Experience.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Relevant qualifications and/or training in education, SEN, or child development are desirable. A thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection is essential for this role.
