Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer We're looking for an experienced Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in Azure secure cloud environments, ideally within the government, law enforcement or defence sector. This role is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growing consultancy that delivers cutting-edge cloud and infrastructure solutions across high-security environments. Youll play a key part in supporting and evolving enterprise-scale Azure platforms, applying modern Infrastructure as Code practices, and ensuring robust, secure operations aligned with UK government standards. Type: Permanent Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 On/Offside: Hybrid - mostly remote with some on-site work in London OR Sheffield Security Clearance: SC Clearance Start Date: ASAP Core Skills & Experience Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Entra ID formerly Azure AD)Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (preferred), BicepAzure-native networking & security: NSGs, firewalls, VPNs, RBACStrong knowledge of Windows Server (20122022), Active DirectoryExperience with VMware/Hyper-V, SAN storage, failover clusteringProficiency with Office 365, System Center (SCOM), and basic SQL troubleshooting Desirable: Active SC and NVVP3 ClearancePrevious experience in a defence, gov, or secure consultancy settingStrong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skillsAvailable to start immediately or at short notice
