ASSOCIATE LETTINGS DIRECTOR - CHELSEADove and Hawk are working in partnership with a well established multi branch independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for an Associate Lettings Director to join their team at their Chelsea office. This is a key leadership role, acting as Second-in-Command to the Managing Director. Duties/functions of the role: Oversee the Lettings Department Build and expand Lettings business Conduct Market Appraisals, negotiate the best fee possible and gain instructions Follow up old Market Appraisals and maintain a high conversion rate Generate new business, be pro-active and source new leads List properties from the existing database/network Manage incoming enquiries and build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants Carry out viewings of properties with prospective tenants Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties Negotiate lettings deals and progress the letting of properties once a price is agreed Deal with any lettings issues that may arise Requirements of the role: Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry, minimum 5 years Landlord/Tenant Matters and Estate Agents expertise Prime Central London experience A proven track record of valuation experience and winning business A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets Must be well spoken and well presented Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong IT skills Strong Communication skills Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of local property market trends in Prime Central London Salary budgets: £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary, £90,000 - £100,000 OTE Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm NO WEEKENDSIf you are a Lettings Manager or Director who is looking for their next role within a luxury independent property firm apply today or contact Sophie Knowles at Dove and Hawk quoting vacancy reference: 11233 Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of permanent workers.
