The Role As an Associate, you will: Advise on asset management transactions including leases, licences, renewals, and day-to-day portfolio matters. Manage your own caseload of acquisitions, disposals, and investment work. Support senior lawyers on complex and strategic matters such as developments, pre-lets, and portfolio transactions. Gain direct client contact and responsibility. Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development. About You: Qualified with 1-3 years' PQE in commercial real estate. Strong landlord & tenant experience. Commercially astute, ability to provide pragmatic advise Thrives in a supportive, high-performing team environment.
