Job DescriptionUnfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. 35 Hours per week. Monday - Friday. 09:00 - 17:00. Purpose of the post: To be responsible for receiving, logging, and handling incoming samples, ensuring accuracy and dealing with customers through email and phone. Receive and log samples accuratelyVerify documentationCoordinate sample storage and preparationMaintain reception area organization and cleanlinessCommunicate with lab staff and clientsPerform heavy lifting of samples as requiredUse outlook to deal with customer queries
