Learning Mentor - Bromley - Immediate Start Full-Time | Long-Term | Secondary School Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Mentor to join a supportive mainstream secondary school in Bromley. This is a full-time, long-term role starting immediately, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to students' wellbeing, behaviour, and academic progress. As a Learning Mentor, you will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to provide targeted support to students who experience barriers to learning-including behavioural, social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH). Your role will involve delivering one-to-one mentoring, small group sessions, and in-class support, helping students stay engaged, build resilience, and achieve their full potential. Requirements: Previous experience working with children or young people (in schools or similar settings) An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Strong communication and interpersonal skills A calm, patient and supportive approach to behaviour and learning support Why work with Tradewind Recruitment?
