The Role Working within this experienced and prestigious national team, you will have the opportunity to support some of the most exciting and large-scale restructuring, recovery and insolvency work in the legal sector. Clients include large financial institutions, distressed investors, insolvency practitioners, and well-known businesses from various sectors, while work consists of providing advice on the full range of R&I matters, including corporate restructurings, distressed M&A, distressed refinancing, and contingency planning.
