Key responsibilities include: Delivering tailored 1:1 and small-group interventions in English Language and Literature.Supporting students with analytical writing, reading comprehension, and exam preparation.Assisting classroom teachers with lesson planning and delivery.Monitoring student progress and helping to create targeted learning strategies.Promoting a love of literature, strong communication skills, and critical thinking. What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate English Academic Mentor with the following: A degree 2:1 or above in English, English Literature, English Language, or a closely related subject from a top university.A genuine passion for education and the English curriculum.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The ability to build rapport with students and support them in reaching their potential.Prior experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable but not essential.
