They’re ambitious, practical, respectful, and curious — and they’re passionate about building better workplace transitions.The Sales Development Rep Role:This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their sales career who wants to learn fast, work on real projects, and make an impact.As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll: Qualify inbound leads and tender opportunitiesSupport bids, proposals, and RFI/RFQ responsesKeep pipeline accurate and organised in HubSpotCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teamsBook meetings, track actions, and help deals move forward Their goal isn’t just to get on the spec — it’s to stay there.
