Job DescriptionWe are seeking MEP Project Managers to join our award-winning, real estate team. You will work on sector leading, flagship projects across various real estate sectors, including commercial, office, mixed use, residential, industrial, and retail construction, development and fit out. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate consultancy experience. Role within the project To lead project management commissions from a MEP perspective, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery. To ensure that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards. Responsibilities: Establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parametersEnsure that quality, safety, health and environment issues are identified and addressedEstablish effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout projectAdvise upon the procurement of resources and manage the change control processLead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team and coordinate with the client and other consultantsMonitor and advise upon project finances and manage the flow of project informationTake a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stagesManage and coordinate the MEP design, installation and commissioningEnsure compliance with relevant codes, standards and regulationsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
