Job Title: Junior Finance SAP Superuser Location: Hybrid Job Type: Fulltime Job Description We are looking for a motivated Junior SAP FICO Consultant (Finance Superuser) to support the adoption of SAP S/4 HANA and assist with ongoing finance systems projects. This role will act as a bridge between the project team and finance users, providing day-to-day support, ensuring smooth system adoption, and contributing to future business improvements. Initially, you will focus on enabling end-users to successfully transition to SAP and championing standard processes. Over time, you will develop into the internal go-to FICO expert, supporting both business-as-usual activities and project initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with end-user experience in SAP FICO who is ready to step into a junior consulting role and build a long-term career in finance systems. Key Responsibilities Act as a first point of contact for SAP FICO end-users, supporting queries and issues. Help colleagues adapt to new processes as part of the SAP S/4 HANA rollout. Collaborate with project teams to provide user feedback and assess the impact of upcoming changes. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), workshops, process walkthroughs, and go-live preparation. Provide hypercare support during go-lives and ensure timely escalation of issues. Support data validation and cleansing activities during system transition. Post go-live, provide continuous support and training to new starters and colleagues.
