I'd love a Support Worker who's fun, friendly, and enjoys going out for drives and ice cream by the coast. I take pride in my home and appreciate someone who treats it with care and respect. I'm looking for someone who's genuine and wants to build a real working relationship with me.? What's on offer:12-hour day shiftsFull-time or part-time flexible to suit your lifestyleShifts available Monday to Sunday build a rota that works for you£13.50 per hour, plus holiday payPermanent, consistent role with a regular team? About the role:You'll be supporting our female client who has a spinal cord injury with:Personal care and hygienePeg feeding, cough assist, and NIVMoving and handlingSocial companionship and emotional supportTrips out in the community when the client feels up to it? You won't be doing it alone while the client builds up her physical strength, an additional double-up agency team will assist 3 times a day at key times to provide extra support.Full clinical training will be provided so you can feel confident in your role and focus on delivering exceptional, person-centred care.? What you'll need:A full, clean UK driving licence to drive the client's mobility vehicleA kind, reliable nature with great communication skillsWillingness to learn and a commitment to continuity of careRespect for the client's home and personal routines?
