Registered Manager – Children’s Residential HomeLocation: HertfordshireSalary: Up to £60,000 per annumContract Type: Full-Time, PermanentWe are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our Ofsted-registered Children’s Home. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, meeting regulatory standards, and managing a skilled team to support children and young people.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the home in line with Ofsted and legislative requirementsEnsure high standards of safeguarding and careLead, support, and supervise care staffManage budgets, reports, and inspectionsWork with external agencies and families to support young people’s developmentRequirements (Essential):Level 3 in Residential ChildcareLevel 5 in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within an Ofsted Children’s HomeStrong understanding of Of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
