Our affiliate network of thousands of TikTok creators is a core driver of this growth – and we are looking for an Influencer Executive to help scale it even further.The RoleAs Influencer Executive you will support the growth and activation of TikTok Shop affiliates and influencers for our clients. You will work closely with our Influencer Managers and Account Managers to find, recruit and nurture TikTok creators, helping them to drive consistent content and sales.You will be hands-on with outreach, gifting, campaign coordination and performance tracking. This is a perfect role for someone who loves TikTok, knows the creator landscape and wants to build relationships that move the needle for brands.Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate and Influencer Recruitment Source and vet new TikTok Shop affiliates and influencers aligned to client brands Conduct outreach, send invitations and follow up to onboard creators Maintain an up-to-date database of active affiliates and their performance Gifting and Campaign Coordination Coordinate product gifting to creators and ensure accurate tracking Support Influencer Managers with campaign briefs and ensure deliverables are met Monitor TikTok for posts and Lives featuring client products Performance Tracking and Reporting Pull affiliate performance data including clicks, orders and GMV Identify top-performing creators and flag them for further collaboration Report on campaign results and recommend improvements Relationship Building Act as a day-to-day contact for creators, answering questions and helping them succeed Support in organising competitions, incentives and community-building activities Help manage communication channels with creators (e.g. group chats, email updates) Location:London (Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 remote)RequirementsMust Have 1–2 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media coordination Excellent communication skills and confident in outreach and relationship building Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel for data tracking and reporting Passion for TikTok and strong knowledge of its creator community Nice to Have Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate program or other affiliate platforms Experience in beauty, lifestyle or DTC categories A network of creators or influencer contacts BenefitsWhy Join Somerce Be part of the future of commerce – we are building the UK’s most advanced TikTok Shop operation, running hundreds of live hours and delivering millions in GMV every month Work with exciting brands – from challenger beauty brands to global household names, you will help shape the future of social commerce for our clients Growth and autonomy – you will own trading strategy, build processes and make a direct impact on client success Culture – entrepreneurial, collaborative and performance driven.
