However, their largest event is more than this, in addition to attracting fans of the brand, their event caters to a wider audience with mouth-watering street food vendors, DJ sets, and over 60 lifestyle brands on offer in an idyllic countryside setting. This role could be for you….THE ROLEThe Event Operations Manager is the lynchpin bringing the events together and the role will hold broad responsibilities:Duties will include: Managing and delivering the above-mentioned events on a greenfield siteDeveloping positive relationships and communicating with suppliers, sponsors and exhibitors Event logistics management across the site including toilets, waste, power, F&B, security etc.Pulling together event budgets and promoting cost effective solutionsBeing onsite to continue delivery and management of eventsPost event evaluationGeneral facilities management of the main event site and rented buildingsManagement and liaison with contractors and freelancersOnsite management on the day of eventsHaving a passion for the automotive sector THE CANDIDATEThis company are looking for someone with drive, enthusiasm and a positive attitude, who has high attention to detail and ideally a passion for delivering automotive events. You will be experienced in delivering event operations on outdoor sites with the ability to think on your feet and deliver an exceptional experience for attendees, exhibitors and sponsors alike.
