In the role of Associate Director - Restructuring, Workouts & Recoveries, you will: Oversee and manage the non-performing loans (NPL) portfolio, ensuring compliance with standards.Conduct risk assessments to identify credit risks and potential impacts.Develop strategies for restructuring and recovery, including negotiations and legal actions.Perform detailed financial analyses to evaluate repayment capabilities.Prepare and present reports to senior management on NPL status.Collaborate with other departments to develop clear restructuring strategies.Utilise credit risk management tools to enhance decision-making.Provide training and guidance to team members on credit risk management.Lead crisis management and recovery negotiations.Advocate for policies related to managing non-performing loans.
