Job Title: Cover Supervisor Location: Kibworth Pay Scale: £100 - £110 per day (Depending on experience) Contract Type: Day-to-Day Supply, Full time/Part timeAre you a proactive individual with strong behaviour management skills seeking a flexible teaching role? GSL Education are looking for a committed Cover Supervisor for day-to-day supply work in schools across Kibworth. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support students and gain valuable classroom experience. Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor: Manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students remain focused and on task. Deliver pre-prepared lessons while maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. Support students in their learning and manage classroom behaviour effectively. Provide feedback to school staff on student engagement and progress. Cover Supervisor Job Requirements: Proactive attitude with strong behaviour management skills. Strong levels of Maths and English are essential. Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
