Working alongside the Practice Manager, 3 Vets, 3 Nurses, and 4 support staff, you'll take the reins in mentoring colleagues, supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures, and cultivating a collaborative, progressive clinical culture. You'll also prepare tailored treatment plans, keep clients informed with clear updates, and ensure compliance with the highest regulatory and operational standards.This role is perfect for an RCVS registered vet who thrives in a leadership position, enjoys motivating others, and is confident in both clinical and interpersonal decision-making.
