PMW Ltd are seeking an experienced and motivated Motor Trade Service Advisor to join our rapidly expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in the motor trade who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Key Requirements:Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade (essential)Strong working knowledge of motor vehicles and the automotive industryExcellent communication and customer service skillsConfident IT user – full training on internal systems will be providedPositive, can-do attitude and ability to adapt to various situationsFull, valid UK driving license (manual)What You’ll Do:Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and excellent serviceManage service bookings, updates, and follow-upsLiaise between customers and the workshop teamMaintain accurate customer and vehicle recordsEnsure efficient use of IT software for all service processesWhat We Offer:22 days’ paid holiday plus all major UK bank holidaysCompany pension schemeSecure on-site parking – free of chargeFull training and development supportA friendly, supportive working environmentPlease note: Only candidates with relevant motor trade experience will be considered.
