This award-winning regional firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Partner to join its highly ranked Dispute Resolution team in Tunbridge Wells. With a strong South East and London client base, this is a strategic hire offering scope to build, lead, and influence. The role You'll take a key role in expanding and leading the commercial disputes offering: Managing a complex caseload of high-value disputes across multiple sectors Leading on shareholder, partnership, director and contract disputes Advising on fraud, insolvency, restructuring, and asset recovery Handling cross-border and international disputes, arbitration, and ADR Developing new client and referral relationships while deepening existing ones Contributing to team strategy and firm-wide growth initiatives Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture What we're looking for Current Partner or Legal Director Proven track record of attracting or developing high-value work and clients Strategic, commercially minded, and collaborative Experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members A client following is welcome, but not essential Why join?
