A new opportunity has become available for a Dental Receptionist to join an established, mixed practice located in Ruislip, Middlesex. Start date - As soon as possible.This role is to work full time, working days/hours as below:Monday and Thursday : 8:00am - 5:30pmFriday : 8:00am - 4:00pmAlternate Saturday: 9am - 1pm or 9am - 3pmYou will be required to be at the practice 15min before and 15min after this closing time. This will be paid for.Duties of the Dental Receptionist :• Perform a high quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency, effectiveness and profitability in line with the GDC guidelines and practice policies• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the dental team• Liaise with the practice manager on all matters concerning administration, pay and service conditions• Assist with the supervision of the trainee receptionist in the practiceRequirements of the Dental Receptionist:• Dental Reception experience desirable but not essential• Experience within a reception or customer server role• Strong knowledge of IT and various computer software packages (practice uses SOE)• Outgoing and friendly• Work well within a team as well as individually• Be able to work on own initiative and under pressure• Great organisational and communication skills• Ability to work evenings and SaturdaysPay - Between £12.50 - £14 per hour, dependent on experience.
