We are looking for an experienced Parcel Hub Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume operation. You’ll manage your shift to ensure safety, operational efficiency, and achievement of performance targets across people, customer, performance, and financial metrics.What You’ll DoLead and motivate a large team, driving performance and continuous improvement.Manage shift activity, resources, and automation throughput efficiently.Analyse KPIs and data to identify trends, solve problems, and deliver improvements.Implement change initiatives and support Cross Dock and Rail operations.Act as PIC when required and ensure all safety and operational standards are met.What We’re Looking ForProven experience running a large operation, ideally with automation.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.PIC trained with the ability to work with complex system data.Planning, project management, and problem-solving expertise.Excellent communication, presentation, and IT skills.Resilient, motivated, and able to perform under pressure.Shift PatternFull-time, Monday to SaturdayAM, PM, and Night shifts with flexibility required for a 24-hour operation.This is a high-responsibility role for a motivated manager ready to make a real impact on operational performance and team success.
