The Role As an SEN TA, you will: Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs. Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions both inside and outside of the classroom. Adapt learning resources to meet individual needs. Encourage independence, resilience, and confidence in students. Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment for all. About You We are looking for someone who: Has experience supporting students with SEN (desirable, but not essential). Is patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with young people.
