Employment Type: Full-time / Fixed term 3-month Contract Department: Logistics / Operations We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics and Warehouse Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to a safe and organised working environment.Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materialsPick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatchCarry out deliveries to/from suppliers and clients.Assist with inventory management and stock control.Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory.Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficientlyCoordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveriesEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsKeep the warehouse clean, organised, and secureSupport other logistics and operational tasks as requiredRequirementsMust have a driver's licensePrevious experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferredGood organisational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills for inventory and shipping systemsPhysically fit and able to lift and move heavy itemsForklift certification (if applicable) is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyBenefits Competitive salary and benefits Supportive team environment
